• Students must provide accurate information during registration.
• Login credentials are strictly personal and should not be shared.
• Course access is only for the enrolled student.
• Students must be ready 10 minutes before from the schedule time.
• Sharing of class links, study material, or recordings is strictly prohibited.
• Students are expected to maintain proper decorum during online classes.
• ClassOrigin reserves the right to modify course content, and fees as necessary.
• ClassOrigin reserves the right to modify schedule or faculty if required at any time without prior notice.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Admission/Registration Fee: Non-refundable.
• Before Class Starts: If cancellation requested 7 days before from class start date → 70% refund (30% deducted).
• After Class Starts: We offer a 100% refund if you're not satisfied after the first two classes, after that no refund will be provided.
• Institute Cancellation: If class is cancelled by institute then 100% refund will be given.
• Technical Issues: Missed class due to server/Zoom/Meet issue will be rescheduled, no refund will be given for such kind of scenario.
• Transfer: Students can shift to another batch or upgrade by paying extra amount but if need to Downgrade again then no refund will be given, the extra amount will be on hold upto one year you can adjust with another service.
• Refund Timeline: Eligible refund processed within 7–10 working days.
• Non-Refundable: Misuse of service, violation of rules, incomplete attendance.
